This contract is provided as a secure and binding agreement which defines in specific terms the relationship and interaction between two individuals, hereafter termed the slave and the Master. This agreement is legal and binding. This agreement must be entered voluntarily, but cannot be broken except under the conditions stated herein, after which certain precautions shall be taken to protect those involved. (See section 7.0.0)

I Tyrissa XXXXXXXXXXX DOB: December XXXXXXXX(known know as slave in the contract , and upon agreement known as slave where demanded by the contract.) will become of my own free will the slave of Jeffrey XXXXXXXXXX DOB: October XXXX(known know as Master in the contract , and upon agreement known as Master where demanded by the contract.)

1.0.0 Slave's Role
The slave agrees to submit completely to the Master in all ways. There are no boundaries of place, time, or situation in which the slave may willfully refuse to obey the directive of the Master without risking punishment, except in situations where the slave's veto (see section 1.0.1) applies. The slave also agrees that, once entered into the Slavery Contract, their body belongs to their Master, to be used as seen fit, within the guidelines defined herein. The slave agrees to learn all rules of Master and abide by them. The slave agrees to relocate to the Master within 120 days from the date of this contract, and to meet with the Master within 60 days of the date of this contract. Half of the slave's assets are to be put into a trust account, the other half will be turned over to the Master, after a period of 90 days from the date of this contract, these assets become the complete property of the Master and need not be returned. After a period of 120 days after the initial trial period is finished, and both parties agree to remain owner and slave, all assets will be turned over to the Master to do as he sees fit and will become his complete property. In the event of Master's death, all assets will be returned to the slave. The slave agrees to please the Master to the best of her ability, in that she now exist solely for the pleasure of said Master . The slave will become an animal, a bitch and a whore and will obey without question or hesitation at all times. . The slave understands that this is not optional and will obey and accept all training related to animals and dehumanization. The slave also understand that Master intends to create a website devoted to chronicling and showing her slavery. Slave understand that this will be the sole property of the Master and any pictures and video associated with her training and slavery are the sole property of Master. The slave will also be allowed to remain in contact with her family and friends once owned. This contact will be strictly monitored by the Master. The slave also agrees to furnish the Master with e-mail addresses of all her family, friends, coworkers and acquaintances for Master to inform all who know her of her status as an owned slave. This will be done within seven days of the signing of this contract. The slave also agrees to furnish Master with any pictures he demands. There will be a trial period of 120 days, at this time slave will either become the complete property of the Master for life or she may leave. If she stays then the slave will also sign legal Power of Attorney to the Master. This power of attorney will be signed within 120 days of the date the slave arrives to serve the Master, this coinciding with the end of the trial period. The slave cannot leave the Master's service except one of three ways:

1. The death of the Master.

2. The Master releases the slave.

3.The Master sells or gives away the slave to another Master.

Any consent given by the slave for a task which the slave was made full aware of will be absolute, to say it cannot be rebuked if the slave is adamant and the Master is not in violation of the contract the slave will be subject to punishment of the Masters choosing (3.0.0)

The slave agrees that they are not a human but a possession of the Master. So they are not entitled to any rights outside of this contract unless created through a exception which becomes part of the contract.

1.0.1 Slave's Veto
The slave, where appropriate, holds veto power over any command given by the Master , at which time they may rightfully refuse to obey that command. This power may only be invoked under the following circumstances, or where agreed by both Master and slave:

a. Where said command may lead to fines, arrest, or prosecution of the slave.
b. Where said command may cause extreme damage to slave's life. An alternative should be devised.
c. Where said command may cause permanent bodily harm (see 4.0.0) to the slave.

The slave will be allowed these limits and these limits only:

1. No children or breeding are to be involved, the slave is not to be bred or be forced to do anything with minors.

2. No drugs of any kind are to be entered into this relationship, except those prescribed by a licensed physician.

3. No scat play of any kind.

4. No blood play. Blood is never to be intentionally drawn during any session or punishment.

5. No STDs, slave is to be protected from any and all STDs. Any partners other than the Master must use condoms at all times with the slave.

2.0.0 Master's Role
The Master accepts the responsibility of the slave's body and worldly possessions, to do with as they see fit, under the provisions determined in this contract, to include the time periods stated above. The Master agrees to care for the slave , to arrange for the safety and well-being of the slave , as long as they own the slave . The Master also accepts the commitment to treat the slave properly, to train the slave, punish the slave, train the slave to be property and nothing more, and use the slave as they see fit.

3.0.0 Punishment
The slave agrees to accept any punishment the Master decides to inflict, the Master will deem what punishments are needed for each infraction.

3.0.1 Rules of Punishment
Punishment of the slave is subject to certain rules designed to protect the slave from intentional abuse or permanent bodily harm (see 4.0.0). Punishment must not incur permanent bodily harm, or the following forms of abuse:

a. Blood may not be drawn at any time. Punishment must stop immediately if blood is drawn
(unless agreed by both parties before hand and providing it is not a severe danger to either
slave or Master).
b. Burning the body.
c. Drastic loss of circulation.
d. Causing internal bleeding.
e. Loss of consciousness (without pre-warning, if the slave falls unconsciousness by over
drinking that is not the loss of consciousness on the slave by fault of the Master).

4.0.0 Permanent Bodily Harm:
Since the body of the slave now belongs to the Master , it is the Master's responsibility to protect that body from permanent bodily harm.
Permanent bodily harm shall be determined as:

a. Death.
b. Any damage that involves loss of mobility or function, including broken bones.
c. Any diseases that could result in any of the above results, including sexually transmitted
diseases.

5.0.0 Others:
The slave may not seek any other Master or lover or relate to others in any sexual or submissive manner without the Master's permission. The slave may not speak to any other Masters without express permission from the Master beforehand. To do so will be considered a breach of contract, and will result in extreme punishment. The Master may accept other slaves or lovers. This must be accepted by the slave and the slave must also aid Master in obtaining other slaves.

5.0.1 Others knowledge about the contract
Others may be informed about the contract but the telling of others but only by the Master.

5.1.1 Temporary Mastership
If a temporary Master is to be used or created they must be fully trusted by the primary Master temporary mastership will grant the Master the ability to grant temporary mastership or partial mastership at a level lower than his own. Which means that the primary Master whom is named upon this contact as Master, orders cannot be disobeyed or replaced with one of the temporary Master. A temporary Master must remember the slave is just on loan and is still the possession of the primary Master. A temporary Master, if allowed by the master, may engage in sexual activity with the slave providing sexual protection is worn unless all parties consent (in the case of the slave that also includes their primary Master's consent). And any previous agreement given by the slave to the Master are passed across to the temporary Master providing this is allowed by the primary Master.

5.1.2 Temporary Master and Punishment's
Punishment dealt by the temporary Master will be accepted by the slave as if they were dealt by the permanent Master.

5.1.3 Temporary Master and Terms of address
Between masters how they address each other is up to them as unbound people but addressing for the slave is that the Temporary Master may only be referred to as Sir when either requested to or allowed to by the primary Master.

The slave can be addressed in the anyway by either temporary Master or primary Master unless the primary Master requests something other than that. But the rules for addressing the slave apply to any temporary Master as well. (See section 12.0.0)
6.0.0 Secrecy
All physical evidence of the slavery will be kept in total secrecy, except where Master sees fit. The Master may pierce, tattoo, and brand his property in anyway he sees fit.

7.0.0 Alteration of Contract
This contract may not be altered, except by the Master. If the contract is altered, the new contract shall be printed and signed, and then the old contract must be destroyed unless agreed to be kept by both slave and Master but must be made obviously void, by a permanent method, and kept only for nostalgia and reference use. This contract will be legal and binding and cannot be revoked once signed and digitally witnessed. All parties agree to the digital signatures and to abide by all conditions herein. As soon as possible all parties will be given a fully signed copy of the contract including Master, slave and all witnesses. Until such time the digital signatures are legal and binding and all parties agree to this.

8.0.0 Termination of Contract
This contract may be terminated at any time by the Master , but never by the slave. Upon termination, all materials and belongings shall belong to the Master, provided that the agreed time periods have elapsed, to be shared or kept as they see fit. The slave , owning nothing and having agreed to give up all worldly possessions and body to the Master, shall once again own their body, only if the Master completely releases them and does not transfer ownership, but nothing else, unless the time period is still in effect at which time the agreed assets will be returned to the slave. This contract is also transferable to a new owner if slave is sold or traded or given away. An addendum must be attached at that time and can only be done by the Master and must be signed by the permanent Master as he transfers ownership to a new Master.

9.0.0 Uniform
The Uniform is the clothing in any form including nothing that either a slave or a Master has agreed or within the conditions of the contract been made to wear.

9.2.0 Slave's uniform
The slave will wear whatever is given to them by the Master. In the case of the Masters absence or the Master not selecting a uniform and were the Master has not ordered the slave to not wear anything the following will be worn in the circumstances they are set up for. Uniform also includes ways for the hair to be worn or requirements about its cut.

9.2.1 Sleepwear
Sleeping with Master.
Nothing or a pair of undergarment for the lower area accepted previously by the Master (style(s) stated bellow)

Style__Thong__,__G-string__,__T-Bar__ (more may be added as a exception)
If wearing of undergarment in bed with Master is forbidden then nothing must be worn. Other
clothing must be worn if requested by the Master.

Sleeping without Master (on master absence or masters choosing)
A pair of undergarments for the lower area. Same style as before apply. (if the Master has forbidden the wearing of any garment they cannot be worn in any circumstances without the Master's prior permission.)

9.2.2 Natural wear (to be worn when venturing outside the house or grounds where staying with Master) While accompanying Master.

T-shirt which is not forbidden by Master and acceptable for any conditions including weather. Skirt of length no greater than 1-3 inches bellow the knee is to be worn or tight fitting trousers or jeans.
Shoes are to be appropriate for the rest of the attire unless said shoes are forbidden.
Bra may be worn but is optional and must not be visually seen unless previously requested.
Panties may be worn, styles must comply with that of the allowed ones in sleeping wear, unless not allowed by Master.

While not accompanying Master.
Same as above but trousers or a full length skirt may be worn instead of a skirt of any shorter description, unless Master has dictated otherwise.

9.2.3 'Home' wear
slave is to be nude at all times possible when in the home. slave is to also crawl and be on knees unless she must rise to complete a task.

9.2.4 Necessity
An umbrella may be taken (the Master's is forbidden unless other wise ordered) as long as it does not impede any tasks to be carried out or conflict with existing orders
A water proof coat may be worn when raining only as long as it does not impede any tasks to be carried out. Sunglasses may be worn only on sunny days sunblock or similar sun protection creams remain the responsibility of the slave to apply to them self unless applied by the Master. Make up may be applied as long as it is allowed by the Master and it will not conflict with any other commands All necessity's may be applied outside of the required times at the Master's request.

9.2.5 Jewelry / Accessory's
A collar/choker must be worn at all times only removed for hygiene purposes, the collar/choker will symbolize the slaves enslavement. The collar/choker can be changed by the Master at any time in private. If more then one is owned the slave may not change over unless told to do so unless its not an agreed one to be worn in public in which case it can be swapped but must be swapped back immediately upon returning to 'home'

A charged working mobile must be taken when away from the Master. The slave is to inform the Master when the use of the mobile is not available due to events like charging, or situations were a mobile is not permitted but the slave must inform the Master ahead of time. Punishment for disregarding the above will be as harsh as the Master chooses.

9.2.6 Restraints / Bondage wear
On signing of this contract the slave has opted into the use of being attached to a leash in private at the will of the Master providing it does not violate the contract. The leash may be a attached to a inanimate object providing it does not break any conditions of the contract or a water source and a toilet is with in reach while the Master is not around during extended amount of absence. During prolonged usage the slave must be left in a safe environment. The slave can be left in bondage for any length of time as long as it is non serious in damage to the slave.

10.0.0 Exceptions
Any exception made and signed before this contract is agreed to come into effect upon the signing of this contract, unless made at a later date and nothing in a exception can be pre-dated unless stated in the exception.

11.0.0 Changes for the 'period'.
This is providing the slave informed the Master other wise the Master is expected to treat the slave as normal regardless. If the Master is informed the Slave can opt out of these temporary changes to the contract. If the Master is not informed it is considered a breach of contract and can be severely punished. The slave is not allowed to be forbidden use of the toilet (permission must still be asked, unless Master is not present then the slave must leave the toilet exactly as they found it). The slave may wear tampons or sanitary towels and is responsible for asking the Master to provide them (the Master is in no way breach of contract by sending the Slave out to get there own or by choosing which type) the slave must give the option to apply to the Master unless Master is not present or it is impractical for the Master.
Any punishment which the slave may need to receive which can not be given during the period may be given once the period is over. Punishment how ever can be combined as the Master see fit.


12.0.0 Terms of Address
In Public.

Addressing the Slave.

Full name, first name or a pet name given by the Master not including slave may be used at any time. The slave will never refer to itself as i or me, it will refer to itself in the third person.

Addressing the Master.

Sir, Sir [name], or a name chosen by the Master may be used which is appropriate for the
surrounding place and/or people.

In private (Also around others who are aware of the contract by the agreement of both slave and Master).

Addressing the slave
Any term may be used as long as it abides to the rest of the contract.

Addressing the master
Master or My Lord or a name chosen by the Master and this must be used by the slave.

The use of “my Master” is allowed as is only confirming that they are the property unless the
Master has said otherwise

13.0.0 Slave's Signature
I have read and fully understand this contract in its entirety. I agree to give everything I am to my Master, and further accept their claim of ownership over my physical body. I understand that I will be commanded and trained and punished as a slave, and I promise to be true and to fulfill the pleasures and desires of my Master to the best of my abilities. Any media may be sent between the slave and Master . The slave is obliged without raising any form of concern or interest by people unaware of their activities, to follow any orders by the Master so long as the data is transferred in a manner which would make it hard for other to see the content without the permission of the slave and Master or are a temporary Master themselves.

Slavery Contract Addendum for Jeffrey XXXXXXXX(Master) and Tyrissa XXXXXXXXX(slave)

1. This addendum is to serve as a legally binding addition to the contract between Jeffrey XXXXXX and Tyrissa XXXXXXXXX. The purpose of this addendum is to remove the time constraints from the contract. This will mean that immediately upon signing this document that Tyrissa XXXXXXXXXX forfeits all rights to Jeffrey XXXXXXXXXX as her Master and owner. The trial period is null and void and instead she is completely and fully owned from this moment by Jeffrey XXXXXXXXX. The slave understands by signing this she is giving up all rights to walk away from her slavery and will be owned as property from this point on with no way to breach the contract. The slave fully understands that her life now belongs to the Master to do with as he sees fit. This addendum removes all time constraints from the contract except those expressly dealing with meeting and relocation. This includes all time limits for complete ownership. This makes the bitch complete property. This document will also serve to show that the slave will stop being known as tyrissa and will from now on become property and be known as slave number 748-628-365. All original parties must sign and retain a copy of this addendum any one of which is legally binding.
